1 1/4lbTurkey thigh; frozen.Defrost
  Skin, debone, cut into 1/4"
  Cubes
2cOnions; cut into strips
2 Green peppers;cut in strips
1 Red bell pepper;cut in strip
2 Tomatoes; peeled, diced
1c;water
  Salt & Pepper to taste
